HOW TO REGISTER
On line registration is a secure and rapid way to register for the Meeting and/or book your hotel accommodation. For online registration please click here.
In case you fail to submit the registration using the electronic form on the website please download Word version and send it by e-mail to registration@danubianleaguebelgrade.com
Registration will remain on a first-come first-serve basis. If demand for places exceeded the capacity of the venue registration will be be closed early. Early booking is recommended.

Last Minnute Information - for those who have not registered yet!
As of April 21st registration fees are reduced:
150 EUR for participants and 70 EUR for accompanying persons
because unfortunately there are no more seats at the Farewell Dinner.
The registration fees for participants cover:
- Access to the Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
- Printed material of the Meeting
- Certificate of Attendance
- Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, May 14, 2009
- Lunch and Coffee Break, May 14-15, 2009

Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received by the Meeting Secretariat.
Please, present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival. You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration document.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For written cancellation of registration received by April 20, 2009 the Congress Secretariat will refund the registration fees minus an administration fee of EUR 50. After this date, no refunds are available. Amounts will be reimbursed after the Congress.
